How ItReserve Yield Manager connects to Reservit

Yield Manager connects to your Reservit account and reads rate plan data, availability counts and reservation pace using the Reservit rates and reservations API endpoints. On initial activation, you supply the rate plan IDs you want the module to manage. Yield Manager reads the current base rates for those plans and stores them as your pricing baselines.
The module checks occupancy and pace data from Reservit every 15 minutes. When the occupancy figure for a future date crosses a configured threshold — for example, rising above 70% for a date 14 days out — Yield Manager calculates the appropriate rate adjustment according to your rule configuration and writes the updated rate back to Reservit using the rates PUT endpoint. The change propagates through Reservit's own channel manager to all native Reservit channels automatically.
For Channel Bridge-connected niche channels, the updated rate is simultaneously pushed via Channel Bridge's sync mechanism. The combination of Yield Manager and Channel Bridge therefore ensures that automated rate responses reach every distribution channel — both native Reservit channels and niche Bridge-connected platforms — within minutes of a demand signal being detected in your Reservit data.

Occupancy-based pricing rules
Configure up to 50 rules that adjust rates automatically when occupancy crosses configurable thresholds. Rules can be scoped by room type, date range, day-of-week and lead time.
Competitor rate reference grid
A daily-refreshed grid showing competitor rates from up to 10 comparison properties alongside your own Reservit rates — informing rule calibration without manual research.
Booking pace alerts
Configurable alerts notify your revenue manager by email when booking pace for a future arrival date deviates above or below forecast, enabling proactive rate intervention.
Rate lock override
Lock a rate for specific dates at room-type level to prevent automation from overriding manually set strategic rates during events or contracted periods.
Rate floor and ceiling guardrails
Set minimum and maximum rate boundaries per rate plan. Yield Manager will never push a rate below your floor or above your ceiling, regardless of the occupancy signal.
