Your ItReserve Module Dashboard
Everything you need to manage your Reservit extension modules — subscriptions, API connection, billing, configuration and support — all in one place.
How to access your dashboard
ItReserve does not use passwords. Instead, your dashboard is protected by secure link authentication. To access it, visit the access portal, enter the email address you used when you purchased your modules, and click "Send access link". Within a few seconds you will receive an email containing a unique, time-limited link. Click that link and you will be taken directly to your dashboard — no password required, no account creation, no app to download.
Access links are valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once. If your link expires before you have finished, simply return to the access portal and request a fresh one. There is no limit on how many times you can request an access link. Each new link automatically invalidates any previously issued link for your account.
If you are accessing your dashboard from a shared or managed device, close the browser window when you are done. This ends your dashboard session immediately. Your account is not accessible again until the next access link is requested and clicked.
What you can manage in your dashboard
Active subscriptions
View every module you have active, its status (live, pending, paused), the next monthly renewal date and the exact EUR charge per billing period. You can cancel or pause any individual module here without touching your other subscriptions. Cancelled modules remain accessible until the end of the current paid period.
Reservit API connection
See the live status of your Reservit API key — whether it is valid, when it last successfully authenticated, and which permission scopes are currently active. If your Reservit API key has been rotated or if you have changed your Reservit plan, you can update the stored key here instantly. The new key takes effect within seconds, restoring full module functionality without any data loss.
Usage analytics
Each module tracks its own activity — API requests made against your Reservit account, data records processed, events triggered and response times. Usage data is displayed per module on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You can export raw usage logs as CSV for your own analytics or to share with your IT team. Log retention is 90 days.
Billing and invoices
Your complete payment history is available in the dashboard — every monthly charge broken down by module, billing period, amount and payment status. PDF invoices are generated automatically at the end of each billing period and can be downloaded at any time. Invoices comply with EU accounting requirements and display the ItReserve d.o.o. entity details, VAT information and your company details as provided at checkout.
Module configuration
Most ItReserve modules have configurable settings accessible from the dashboard. For example, the Guest Comms module lets you customise message templates and trigger timing; the Yield Manager lets you set pricing rules, thresholds and override periods. Configuration changes take effect immediately and do not require a support ticket — you are in full control of your module behaviour.
Webhook settings
If you use ItReserve modules to push events to third-party tools — your own BI platform, an internal Slack channel, or a custom integration — you can configure and manage webhook endpoints in the dashboard. Each endpoint can be enabled or disabled independently, given a descriptive label, and assigned a secret for signature verification. Delivery logs are available for debugging.
Support tickets
Raise a support request directly from your dashboard. Tickets are pre-populated with your account information and the relevant module, so our team can respond without asking for basic details. You can track the status of open tickets, add follow-up messages and view resolved tickets from the past 12 months. Typical response time is one business day.
Notification preferences
Choose which events trigger an email to your registered address — upcoming renewal reminders, successful billing, failed API calls, module errors, new invoice available, and support ticket updates. You can adjust notification frequency for high-volume events so you receive a daily digest rather than individual alerts. Billing and security notifications cannot be turned off for compliance reasons.
Managing your Reservit API connection
Your Reservit API key is the single credential that powers all your ItReserve modules. It is stored in encrypted form on our EU-hosted infrastructure and is never shared with third parties. From the API Connection panel in your dashboard you can view the key's current status, see which Reservit API scopes are active, and check the timestamp of the last successful API call made on your behalf. If any module reports a connection error, the API Connection panel is the first place to look — it will display a specific error code and a plain-English explanation of the issue.
Reservit recommends rotating API keys periodically as part of their security best practices. When you rotate your key in the Reservit back-office, your existing ItReserve modules will begin failing within minutes because they will receive authentication errors from Reservit's API. As soon as you rotate your Reservit key, navigate to your ItReserve dashboard, open the API Connection panel, paste the new key and save. The update propagates to all your active modules simultaneously — no need to update each module individually. ItReserve will immediately begin using the new key for all subsequent API calls.
If you change your Reservit account — for example, if your property migrates from one Reservit reseller to another, or if your Reservit account email changes — you may need to re-enter your API key even if the key value itself has not changed. This is because ItReserve validates the key against your Reservit account identity on each connection check. If you experience connection errors after an account change, re-entering the API key in the dashboard and clicking "Verify connection" will typically resolve the issue within 60 seconds. If not, contact support with your Reservit account email and we will diagnose the issue directly.
Billing and subscription management
ItReserve charges for module subscriptions monthly. The billing cycle starts on the date your first payment is processed and renews on the same day each month. If you add a second module mid-cycle, it is pro-rated to align with your existing billing date so all modules renew on the same day. You will always see the exact amount and date of your next charge in the Billing panel before it is processed. All charges are in EUR. Depending on your country of registration, applicable VAT may be added at the rate required by your jurisdiction.
To cancel a module, open the dashboard, navigate to your active subscriptions, and click "Cancel" on the module you no longer need. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, the module will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will be deactivated. You will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the period — this is in line with our refund policy. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can reactivate the cancelled module from the same subscription panel and the cancellation will be undone.
To upgrade your subscription — for example, by adding additional modules — simply purchase them from the catalogue. New modules are added to your existing account and billing profile automatically. If you want to move to a different module (e.g. swap Channel Bridge for PMS Bridge), cancel the old module and purchase the new one in the same session. The billing adjustment will be reflected in your next invoice. If you need help choosing the right combination of modules for your property, our support team can advise based on your Reservit plan and property type.
Module activation and setup
When you complete checkout, ItReserve creates your dashboard account automatically using the email address and Reservit account email you provided. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order reference and a link to your dashboard. The link in this email works like a standard access link — click it and you are taken directly into your dashboard without needing to visit the access portal separately. This first-access link is valid for 72 hours, giving you time to set things up at your own pace.
Inside the dashboard, the first step for every new module is connecting your Reservit API key. Navigate to the API Connection section, paste your Reservit API key into the field provided, and click "Verify and connect". ItReserve will immediately send a test request to the Reservit API to confirm the key is valid and the required scopes are active. This test takes approximately 5 seconds. If verification succeeds, you will see a green "Connected" status and the module will begin its initial data sync with your Reservit account. The initial sync can take between 2 and 20 minutes depending on the size of your reservation database.
Once the initial sync is complete, each module enters its normal operating mode. For event-driven modules like Guest Comms and Housekeeping Pro, you will see activity in the usage logs as soon as the next relevant event occurs in your Reservit account — typically within 24 hours for an active property. For data-pull modules like Analytics Board and Yield Manager, the dashboard will immediately display data populated from your Reservit account history. You can verify correct operation by checking the module's activity log and confirming recent events appear with a "success" status.
Some modules require additional configuration after the initial setup. The Yield Manager, for example, requires you to set at least one pricing rule before it will begin making automated rate adjustments. The Guest Comms module requires you to review and customise message templates before messages are sent to guests. The dashboard will highlight any required configuration steps with a banner notice on the module's settings page. Our setup guides walk through the configuration for each module in detail, with screenshots from the Reservit back-office where relevant.
