Structured Reservit training for hotel teams who use — or plan to use — ItReserve modules. Every lesson is free, written by practitioners, and focused on practical outcomes: faster setup, fewer configuration errors and more value extracted from your Reservit account and its module extensions.
ItReserve modules connect directly to your Reservit account via the official API. That means the better your team understands how Reservit works — rate plans, room types, restrictions, channel configuration — the more precisely you can configure each module, and the faster you will see the results you are looking for.
The Academy does not teach you how to use Reservit's own interface in exhaustive detail. Reservit provides its own support documentation for that. Instead, ItReserve Academy focuses on the concepts and configuration points that matter most when you are extending Reservit with third-party modules: understanding what data the API exposes, how restrictions propagate across channels, and what each ItReserve module reads and writes inside your Reservit account.
All lessons are self-paced and written in plain English. There are no video requirements, no registration forms and no certificates to pursue. Read at your own speed, share with your team, and refer back when you need a refresher during onboarding or after a Reservit platform update.
If you are just getting started with ItReserve, we recommend beginning with the Reservit Basics lesson to ensure your account structure and API access are correctly understood before activating your first module. Most support requests we receive relate to mismatched rate plan IDs or misunderstood restriction scopes. Both topics are covered in Lesson 01. Teams who complete the basics lesson before activating a module submit fewer than one-third the support tickets of teams that skip it.
A Yield Manager configured by someone who understands Reservit's rate hierarchy produces better revenue results than one configured by someone who does not. Understanding the data model behind the API is the difference between a module that works and one that works well.
