The Hotel Group Challenge on Reservit
Hotel groups that run multiple properties each on their own Reservit account face a reporting and management challenge that individual properties do not encounter. Revenue data sits in separate Reservit accounts; corporate rate agreements need to be applied consistently across properties; head-office finance teams need consolidated reports that span the group. None of these requirements are natively supported by Reservit, which is designed as a per-property system.
The operational result is often a manual aggregation process: someone in head office exports reports from each Reservit account, combines them in a spreadsheet, and produces the group-level view that management needs. Corporate rates are maintained in multiple accounts, creating a risk of inconsistency. Head-office PMS systems are reconciled manually against each property's Reservit data. All of this is solvable with ItReserve modules designed specifically for multi-property operation.
Corporate Contracts — Group-Wide Rate Management
The ItReserve Corporate Contracts module manages negotiated corporate rate agreements at the group level, distributing the correct rates to each relevant property's Reservit account via the API. When a corporate account has a rate agreement that applies across multiple properties in the group — for example, a rate card for a company whose employees travel to cities where your group has properties — the Corporate Contracts module holds the master rate definition and pushes the correct rate to each property's Reservit rate plan.
This eliminates the risk of rate inconsistency that arises when corporate rates are maintained separately in each property's Reservit account. When the corporate rate is renegotiated or updated, the change is made once in the Corporate Contracts module and propagated to all relevant properties automatically. The module also maintains a booking history per corporate account across all properties, giving head office a consolidated view of volume and revenue for each corporate relationship.
For groups with volume commitments in their corporate agreements, Corporate Contracts tracks consumed nights against the commitment threshold and alerts account managers when a corporate account is approaching a volume discount tier or falling behind pace against a guaranteed room night commitment. This visibility is not available within individual Reservit accounts, where each property can only see its own share of a group-wide corporate relationship.
Analytics Board — Cross-Property Dashboards
The ItReserve Analytics Board module reads reservation and occupancy data from multiple Reservit accounts — one per property — and aggregates that data into a single group-level dashboard accessible to head office. The dashboard provides occupancy, ADR and RevPAR by property, with the ability to view group totals, rank properties by performance, and drill down into a specific property's data for the same date range.
Period-over-period comparison is available across the group view: head office can compare current month versus same month last year for all properties simultaneously, or filter to a specific property type or geographic cluster within the group. Revenue breakdowns by channel source show which distribution channels are performing across the group, identifying both successes to replicate and underperformers to address.
The Analytics Board also supports forward-looking occupancy views — showing the current booking pace for each property for the next 30, 60 and 90 days — which gives group management an early indicator of which properties may need additional revenue management attention before a shortfall becomes visible in the monthly numbers.
PMS Bridge — Head-Office PMS Integration
Hotel groups that operate a head-office PMS or enterprise accounting system alongside their individual property Reservit accounts need a reliable data bridge between the two. The ItReserve PMS Bridge module reads reservation and financial data from each property's Reservit account and pushes standardised data feeds to the group's central system — whether that is a head-office PMS, a group ERP, or a central financial reporting platform.
The data format and field mapping are configured in the PMS Bridge settings to match the requirements of the receiving system, eliminating the need for manual export and reformatting. PMS Bridge runs on a scheduled sync — typically nightly for financial reconciliation purposes — and provides a sync log that records every data transfer, including any records that could not be matched or required manual review.
Example Workflow — Corporate Account Management Across Three Properties
A hotel group with three city-centre properties in three European cities holds a rate agreement with a European professional services firm whose consultants travel between all three locations. The corporate rate — negotiated as a net rate of €120 for standard rooms across all properties — is entered once into the ItReserve Corporate Contracts module and pushed to each property's Reservit account as a rate plan named after the corporate client.
When a consultant books through the firm's travel management system, the reservation appears in the relevant property's Reservit calendar at the corporate rate. The Corporate Contracts module records the booking against the corporate account's volume tracking. At the end of each month, the module generates a consolidated statement for the firm covering all stays across all three properties in the group, which the head-office accounts team uses as the basis for the monthly invoice issued to the corporate client.
Head office accesses the Analytics Board daily to see the group's forward occupancy across all three properties. When they notice that one property is running significantly below pace for a coming month, they escalate to the property's revenue manager, who adjusts channel distribution and rate plan availability in that property's Reservit account. The Analytics Board picks up the subsequent improvement in bookings within 24 hours, giving head office confirmation that corrective action is working.
